Fluxhibition in a Brief Caseat Stendhal Gallery in New York City
Knowing many contributors to the Fluxmuseum would be at the Stendhal Gallery for the exhibit: Greetings from Daddaland: Fluxus, Mail Art and Rubber Stamps, I hastily gathered together a number of small works from fluxhinition #2, #3 and #4 that would fit into a brief case and took them with me to 'show and tell'. The following are photos from the event.
Included were pieces from Jeff Berner, Matthew Rose, Yoko Ono, Keith Buchholz, Mark Block,
Javier Bassi, Pal Csaba, Dilar Pereira, Angelo Ricciardi, Roland Halbritter, Tulio Restrepo, Peter Swann, Chris Westlund, Cecil Touchon, Jamie Newton, Lubomyr Tymkiv, Laura Dunn, D. S. H. Watson, Celina Spelta, Caranovic Predrag, Lis Gundlach Sell, Bibiana Padilla Maltos, Antonio Sassu, Gruppo Sinestetico and Zachary Gene Haney McCauley.
Every one enjoyed the informal, intimate nature of the event so I intend to design small portable exhibitions like this to allow works in the collection to be seen more widely.
